James Roguski and the WHO Poll Results - Updated 09/13/23

Resounding Agreement United States Should Exit WHO Immediately

When I wrote my article - A Doctor uses the F Word - I had no idea it would require three separate Polls to get the results. But it did, and here they are. By way of background here is James Roguski and his impassioned plea for the United States to exit the WHO.

Here is the James Roguski People’s Declaration.

James Roguski has explained that unless we citizens speak out and express our disagreement with our politician representatives’ positions in favor of this, our silence will be viewed as our consent.

We must continue to conduct these types of polls to show that we absolutely do not agree, and that any vote by our representatives to the contrary constitutes fraud. James explains to us in his interview with John Campbell what we need to do to stop this. James unfortunately states that the power to accept or reject IHR is vested in our Executive Branch.

In my opinion, we must voice our intense disagreement regularly and widely with any agreement with either UN or WHO Pandemic Policy. Traditionally the language has been that any WHO input is non-binding, but the most recent proposed changes make these binding [17:00].

But what bothered James the most, was India’s proposed removal of language which attempted to delete language requiring the WHO and UN to honor the dignity of human rights in enforcing these amendments [21:28]. James specifically reported also that the representative from Saudi Arabia mentioned that human rights ‘must be suspended during times of emergency’ - or when in the WHO Director General’s sole opinion there is any kind of emergency [21:28].

Emergency is not an allowed reason to suspend the US Constitution to most Americans; however, under International Law as structured via the WHO since 1948, these IHR amendments would be enforceable under International law. James warns us that this Power grab by the UN and WHO could invalidate our Constitutionally Guaranteed Rights without our knowledge or consent. Unless we speak up and insist our Executive Branch oppose this. The easiest solution would be to withdraw from the WHO. Because the Executive has the sole power to accept these IHR amendments, this may be the only way to avoid the problem. The Pandemic Treaty, although different than the IHR would open a different can of worms, which would also remove our rights. “How do you stop those protocols when you do not even know they happened?”

An unelected and unaccountable band of individuals would gain authority to make our health care decisions in the future if either of these passed. In 2021 those in Davos set the stage for this to happen. Roguski warns us that these regulations, if passed, could turn America into a totalitarian health state. “The treaty reads like a Corporate Prospectus - that can be monetized.”

According to James, the World Bank would function as an intermediary, and the standard operating procedure would involve strict surveillance, fear-mongering, and detailed reporting on pathogen details. This system would produce great profits for investors, but result in a scary, totalitarian, surveillance state where lockdowns, mandatory testing and mandatory treatments would reign. It would result in less reporting on excess deaths, repurposed drugs, and any topic the WHO would deem as misinformation.

It would be, in short, a living hell.

What I admire most about James, is his incredible dedication and determination to protect Americans and others from this fate. He advises exiting the WHO as soon as possible. James is now an internationally recognized authority on the Pandemic Treaty, its International Health Regulations, and its legal implications. I advise everyone to pay close attention to James. Take careful heed and support his exiting the WHO now. I have been in contact with James on and off for more than one year now, and I find him to be most credible.

Based on today’s polls, the voters have spoken. This is what they - you - have said:

“I oppose an unelected organization like the UN, the WHO, or the WEF having any say in whether or not I choose to receive a vaccine or pill or any other drug. I have choice over what I do with my body and what I put in it. Instead, I recommend the US should withdraw from the WHO.”

Request they stop the UN from ratifying a Pandemic Policy on September 20, 2023, or on any other date. We the people are against the UN, the WHO, the WEF from having any standing in America’s health decisions based upon the above.
