The United States Constitution contains the Bill of Rights – the First 10 Amendments. These are the cornerstones of our Democracy and protect and enshrine everything Americans hold sacred. The First is the most important and the foundation that supports all the others – the right to Free Speech. Freedom of Expression and the ability to voice our displeasure or disagreement with the government, more than anything else, keep us from tyranny.
