Life long cat lover and owner. Now too old for pets (no place right to take one in). Dr Malone has a new physician who has recommended dietary changes and consideration of fasting. My impression is that Dr Malone is, in fact following his advice (tricky I would think with all the Malone's extensive travels). He reports rewarding results. I'm likely very close on the dietary part. Have been trying to keep the fasting in mind. Am up several times a night and am now limiting myself to fluids (mostly water). The hours have been a challenge. Thanks so much for the positive reinforcement! Best to you and your cat! May your whole family benefit!
Jean. I always appreciate your feedback and in particular today's comments on overnight fasting. As with any new regimen, at first it may be difficult, but over time, it gets easier and easier until it becomes a habit. Fluids are great during the fast, and I am especially partial to a good Merlot in the evening and coffee in the morning. Gradually extend the time before breakfast and schedule your evening meal earlier until you can go at least 14 hours without eating. Take a week or two to increase this to 15 or more hours. I have done this for almost a decade now and it is part of my routine. On the days I travel, or where it would be inconvenient, or I just don't feel like it, I don't. As Chaix showed, you don't need to do this every day to get the full benefit. I shoot for three days a week.
thank you for your wisdom and emails. We have just in the last couple years..like so many..are rethinking so many things we always thought were true. We thank God and the tough guys who He used to stand against the System Docs and govt pressures. Also yes we want our cats to be healthier too !
Ken and Sue. It's always good to hear your feedback, and I especially appreciate your including God in your comments. We all would be lost without Him, and now we need His guidance more than ever. I would direct you to Dr. Tenpenny's Substack as well if you have not already found it.
Treat your cat (and yourself, and your family) with anti-parasitic protocols.
We all harvest parasites, animals and people, and the older we get, the harder it becomes for our bodies to keep their growing numbers under control.
Why are all the effective ‘anti-viral’ meds actually anti-parasite meds? 🤔
The drugs (like Ivermectin and hydroxychloroquin) don’t have harmful side effects. You can also get anti parasitic treatments from farm & ranch stores.
